Shipping Information

Xuena Orders are distributed globally by our partnered logistics companies, and will be delivered directly to you between 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday (except national holidays at your location). As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.

Shipping Times

Once your order is confirmed, we'll pack and dispatch it within 3 business days. Delivery generally takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

*Please noted that our shipping times are reference only and estimated based on the dispatch time. Xuena will not take any responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.

Order Tracking

Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery times may vary. You can also track the latest updates of your orders by heading to ‘My Orders’ in your Xuena account. Please kindly noted that Xuena will try best to ensure the order(s) to be delivered on time, but we aren’t responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

Please contact us if you did not receive your purchased items within 30 days after the order(s) is dispatched, otherwise we will not provide return services to you.

Cancellations

Your order will be automatically canceled if you didn’t pay within 30 mins after the order is placed.
